The ticket you purchased may be for a specific date of entry and entrance price, particularly if it is for a Special Event. If you try to use the ticket on another day which has a higher daily admission charge, the ticket will not be valid and to gain entry you will have to pay the additional cost to meet the full daily entry charge. If you try and use the ticket you have purchased on a date which attracts a lower daily entrance rate, there is no refund given.

No. The Booking Reference applies to one entry for all tickets shown under that reference you cannot split up the tickets to use on different days. To do this you will need to do separate bookings for the different entry days. We do not charge a booking fee so there is no additional cost to do this.
